CNCmarket.de supplies metalworking CNC shops with tooling, coolants, and related industrial equipment. Our core business is straightforward: we equip CNC operations with the products they need for daily production.
What is different is how we do it. We use a digital-first, lean sales structure that reduces overhead and manual processes. This allows us to offer competitive pricing while maintaining product quality, documentation, and supply reliability. By implementing digital processes, we reduce our own operating costs and pass these savings on through better pricing.
E4B2B GmbH is the legal entity, registered in Berlin in 2023. The company operates two business units.
In simple terms, E4B2B and CNCmarket.de are two departments within the same legal entity.
CNCmarket.de was founded by Sergey Sysoev.
I have more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the CNC metal cutting industry. Before moving to Germany, I worked for many years in Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan with international manufacturers, including HAAS Automation, Blaser Swisslube, and Mitsubishi Electric (EDM and laser division), among others. In my last role, I was General Manager and a 10% shareholder of a CNC distribution company with approximately 200 employees, a role and ownership I have since fully exited.
In June 2022, I relocated with my family, first to Israel and later to Berlin, where I have been living since August 2023. In 2025, as part of my professional integration, I completed my MBA at ESMT Berlin Business School. Today, my professional activities are fully based in Germany, the European Union, and Canada.
