Shipping and Payment Information

At CNCmarket.de, we supply both business customers (B2B) and private customers (B2C) within the European Union as well as Switzerland. Our shipping and payment terms are designed to ensure an efficient and transparent B2B purchasing process.

Customer Groups and Payment Terms

• B2C (Private Customers): Delivery is available only against advance payment.
• B2B (Business Customers): Payment by advance payment or purchase on account with an agreed payment term, subject to prior approval.

For approved purchase-on-account customers, the goods are reserved immediately after the order is placed. Without approval, reservation and processing take place only after payment has been received.

Payment Methods

• PayPal (including credit card, direct debit, and other payment methods offered by PayPal)
• SEPA bank transfer: The invoice is available as a PDF in the customer account after the order is completed.

Minimum order value: EUR 50.00 (net for B2B customers, gross for B2C customers)

VAT for EU B2B: Intra-Community supplies to business customers with a valid VAT ID are carried out under the reverse-charge mechanism.

Shipping Conditions

• Free standard shipping: We ship free of charge within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland using common logistics providers (e.g. DHL, DPD, UPS).
• Shipping to other EU countries: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed automatically during checkout.
• Switzerland (export): Any customs duties, import VAT, and additional charges are borne by the recipient.
• Partial shipments: Available upon customer selection.
• Express shipping: Available at an additional cost, if offered during checkout.
• Shipping warehouses: Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Berlin as well as partner warehouses in Bavaria.
• Processing time: Orders are processed within 24 business hours. Processing includes:
  • Handover to the shipping provider for stock items after secured payment, or
  • Order release and production start for custom-made products.

Custom-Made and Customer-Specific Products

Products manufactured according to customer specifications or specially configured are excluded from the right of withdrawal and return. Returns are accepted solely in the event of proven quality defects or warranty claims.
