Bolt-on block for lathes with a BMT65 turret. The Ø 40 H7 bore takes round-shank boring bars; smaller shank diameters go in with reducer sleeves.

Side clamping only. Three M10×25 screws clamp the shank from the side; the top face of the block carries no screws. For boring bars that is enough. An indexable drill cutting into solid material produces high torque that wants to twist the drill body in the bore — for that there is version 128-21802 with two additional screws from the top, otherwise identical.
Mounting. Four screws onto the turret disc, aligned by a key. What decides the fit is the BMT65 hole pattern on your own turret — the machine list below is a guide.
Spare parts. Clamping screw 811-102039 (M10×25) · key 814-203310 · screw for key 811-101027.
Machines. Doosan Puma, HAAS ST and DS, Hyundai WIA, Hwacheon, SMEC, Tongtai and Victor with a BMT65 turret.
