Bolt-on block for lathes with a BMT65 turret. The Ø 40 H7 bore takes round-shank boring bars and indexable drills; smaller shank diameters go in with reducer sleeves.

Two screws from the top. Three M10×25 screws clamp the shank from the side — enough for a boring bar. An indexable drill cutting into solid material produces high torque that wants to twist the drill body in the bore. Against that, the top face of the block carries two short M10×12 screws that press on the clamping flat of the drill shank. On the drawing they sit in the top view, on the centreline. Without those two screws it is version 128-21801, otherwise identical.
Mounting. Four screws onto the turret disc, aligned by a key. What decides the fit is the BMT65 hole pattern on your own turret — the machine list below is a guide.
Spare parts. Side clamping screw 811-102039 (M10×25) · top clamping screw 811-102036 (M10×12) · key 814-203310 · screw for key 811-101027.
Machines. Doosan Puma, HAAS ST and DS, Hyundai WIA, Hwacheon, SMEC, Tongtai and Victor with a BMT65 turret.
