Technical Description

The holder bolts onto the turret; it has no VDI shank. Fit is decided by the bolt pattern alone: two rows of Ø 13 holes 76 mm apart, plus the 25 H7 key slot in between. You can measure that on your own turret disc before ordering — the drawing below shows the pattern to scale.

Machines. DMG MORI: CL 200/203, SL 20/25, SL 200/203/204/250, 253/254 (MC, SMD) – 2500Y, ZL/DL 200/250 (MC), DURATURN 2030, 2050, 2550. Goodway: GS 200/260/280, GA 2000/2600, GA 2800/3000, GA 3300/3600.

The Ø 40 H7 bore takes round-shank boring bars and indexable drills; reducer sleeves cover smaller shank diameters. An additional positioning screw locks the drill body against rotation. Two coolant channels are routed externally along the holder.
